From top : Barred Rock, Buff Cochin, Araucana, and Dominique. I'll try to get an pictures of the individual chicks next to the adult soon; it's not good to handle the babies too much too soon.

I recently bought a book on poultry at Tractor Supply - I was amazed at how many different types of chickens there are and their specialized uses.
Maybe eventually, I'll get some that are known for eggs ....
